We are a busy, fully digital acrylic dental lab within a growing clinic and are looking for a Digital Dental Technician to take ownership of our 3D printing, milling, splint workflow, and digital coordination.
This is a hands-on, multitask role suited to someone who is highly organised, time-efficient, and comfortable working independently.
The role
You will be responsible for managing digital cases from file preparation through to printed and finished work, while coordinating with digital design team.
This role requires someone who can plan their day, batch tasks, and keep multiple jobs moving at oncewithout constant supervision.
Key responsibilities
* Run and manage 3D printers, Milling and nesting software
* Prepare, organise, and track digital cases
* Liaise with designers regarding files, revisions, and questions
* Implement design changes once approved
* Design and trim occlusal splints
* Batch splint printing efficiently
* Complete simple denture repairs
* Maintain organised digital and physical workflows
* Ensure accuracy, quality, and turnaround times are met
What we're looking for
* Experience in a digital dental laboratory
* Strong understanding of 3D printing workflows and nesting
* Experience designing and trimming occlusal splints
* Comfortable communicating with designers
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise without becoming overwhelmed
* High attention to detail and quality
This role is not suitable for juniors or trainees.
