Customer Service Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a key member of our retail team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions and support the use of medical devices.
This is a full-time role (38 hours) Monday-Friday with flexibility to work on weekends. Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers in-store and over the phone to resolve their queries and concerns
* Investigate and help customers troubleshoot therapy issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide setup, ongoing support and equipment to ensure high-quality therapy delivery
* Fitting customers for masks and recommending suitable masks based on training received
* Offer expert advice on safe and effective use of medical equipment
* Generate sales of new or additional services over the phone, followed up with trials and testing results to drive sales conversion
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of retail premises and displays
* Process payments, manage float and banking tasks efficiently
* Manage trial and sales stock levels, reordering as required
