The Role
We are seeking an experienced National Clinical Director to lead the clinical strategy, governance, and operational direction of a national early intervention and therapy service. This senior leadership role will oversee the development and delivery of evidence-based, client-centred, and commercially sustainable clinical services within the NDIS environment. You will drive consistency, quality, and scalability across multidisciplinary programs including Early Intervention, Positive Behaviour Support, and therapeutic services. Working closely with executive leadership, you will align clinical operations with organisational growth priorities, workforce planning, and long-term sustainability objectives. The role will involve leading national supervision frameworks, clinician capability development, and internal talent pipelines to support workforce retention and progression. You will also oversee the evolution of clinical systems, service models, and data-driven platforms to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Strong stakeholder engagement skills will be essential as you collaborate with clinicians, families, regulators, and industry partners. Essential Criteria:
* Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner
* Postgraduate qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related discipline
* Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent recognised credential
* Extensive leadership experience within allied health, early intervention, or NDIS services
* Strong understanding of NDIS funding, compliance, and operational frameworks
* Demonstrated experience leading clinical governance, supervision, and workforce development initiatives
* Proven ability to design and scale evidence-based clinical service models
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills
* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex service environments
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance clinical outcomes and sustainability
* Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
