Hourly rate: $34.22 per hour base rate plus applicable casual loading and superannuation
About the Opportunity
Are you looking for a role where every interaction makes someone's day a little easier? As a Casual Digital Service Representative with Service NSW, you'll help deliver fast, friendly, and high‐quality service to customers across your local community.
This is a casual position, which means hours will vary, and there's no guarantee of ongoing or regular work. Casual roles may be short-term, involve irregular hours, and include periods with no assigned shifts.
Shifts are offered on an as‐needed basis, depending on operational requirements.
A roster is generally issued 7 days in advance, though at times you may be offered shifts at shorter notice — so a flexible, adaptable mindset will be highly valued.

Warners bay, Wallsend, Newcastle, Maitland, Cessnock, Toronto, Raymond Terrace

Operating hours:
In our Service Centres hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here. Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre's operational hours which may include Saturdays.
The Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours.
Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.
