Job Summary:
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to cover parental leave responsibilities on a 6-month full-time contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on end-to-end recruitment, pre-employment, and onboarding processes while ensuring high-quality HR practices.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage the interview process for vacant positions within established guidelines.
2. Provide guidance to hiring managers on merit-based selection procedures including shortlisting, interview preparation, and panel coordination.
3. Oversight of staff guidance in merit selection processes for shortlisting and interviewing applicants ensures consistency in decisions made during these phases.
The role requires implementation of contemporary Human Resources functions along with administrative duties supporting various aspects related not limited only but specifically those mentioned above
