Job Description We’re looking for a highly experienced Digital Technical Producer with deep, hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expertise to support a growing pipeline of complex, multi-channel campaigns. This is not a traditional EDM role — we’re seeking a specialist who operates beyond basic HTML production, with the ability to deliver end-to-end campaign development, automation, and customer journey orchestration within SFMC. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of sophisticated, data-driven campaigns, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, robust solutions. This role requires strong expertise across SFMC automation, journey design, and multi-channel execution, not just email production, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and performance. You’ll play a key role during a period of significant platform transformation, including the transition from Marketing Cloud Engage to Marketing Cloud Advanced and the migration of decisioning from Pega to Salesforce Data Cloud. With campaign complexity increasing and channel expansion accelerating across email, push, in-app, and notification centres, this role is critical to strengthening technical delivery capability and supporting the evolution of the organisation’s Martech ecosystem.
