We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Team Assistant to join our high-performing team on the Charter Hall account. This permanent role offers the perfect blend of meaningful responsibility and long-term stability. You'll support our leadership and wider FM team by coordinating documentation, reporting, expenses and day-to-day operational administration across a national portfolio. This role suits someone organised, proactive and looking to continue growing their skills within a supportive property environment.
The Opportunity
Provide full administrative support to the State Lead and broader Charter Hall team
Coordinate reporting, documentation and portfolio data for Charter Hall assets
Support the FM Team with financial administration including invoicing, expense claims and purchase orders
Manage onboarding staff, training records, scheduling and team coordination across Queensland
Maintain essential supplies and support day-to-day operational readiness of multiple office locations
Build trusted relationships with internal teams, contractors and the client
Be the "Facilio Champion" for the team, support the team on a new system and be first point of contact for queries for users including the FM team and vendors
About You
Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Administration or coordination experience within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer-service capability with all stakeholder levels
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and data entry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Proactive, dependable and confident working with minimal supervision
