The Role The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of our branches. You will be the first point of contact for all customer and subcontractor inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will manage communication between our subcontractors, warehousing staff, stock controllers, and external companies, utilizing our systems to track stock, create hire agreements with customers, and process payments. The Customer Service Representative must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a polite and professional phone manner.
You Are proactive and diligent, with a strong desire to learn and grow—training will be provided, even if you lack experience in the hire industry. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Can adapt to new software systems. Possess intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, with high attention to detail. Have strong communication and customer service abilities. Excel in organization and time management. Can work both autonomously and as part of a team. Are able to prioritize tasks and apply a problem-solving mindset.
