We are seeking a
Business Support Assistant
to join our high-performing team in a
part-time hybrid role
based in
Bulli, NSW
. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute across marketing, finance, office coordination, and client project delivery while working flexibly and meaningfully.
What you'll do:
* Provide admin support across HR projects, marketing campaigns, and client engagements.
* Assist with finance tasks including invoicing, expenses, and data tracking.
* Coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and support internal systems.
* Help deliver a seamless experience for our clients and team.
What you bring:
* Experience in business support, admin, or coordination roles.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Confidence using Microsoft 365 and digital tools, specifically Teams and Planner
* A love for structure, detail, and making things easier for others.
