Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and drive store performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end store operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and sales performance.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and coordinate ordering to prevent shortages and overstocking.
* Implement effective merchandising, product displays, and promotional strategies.
* Monitor store performance, analyse sales reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
* Proven ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and manage a busy retail environment.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
