THE ROLE The Manager, Campaigns and Digital is a key leadership role within the communications and education function, reponsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and digital initiatives. The role leads a team to deliver the innovative delivery of marketing campaigns to attract relevant audiences and help build an understanding of the roles and responsibilities Victorians have in creating a safe environment for children, young people and users of social services. The Manager leads the planning, coordination and implementation of advertising and digital campaigns and the organisation of web pages on the SSR website and other digital platforms. You will play a lead role in building relationships within the SSR and with key external stakeholders and across government. As a senior leader within the Regulator, you will apply your communications expertise and insight to identify emergent risks and issues and collaborate to ensure a consistent, integrated and innovative approach to communications, content and creative development. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Day-to-day your responsibilities will include: * Develop and oversee contemporary and integrated strategic communications campaigns plans that align to the Regulator's Strategic Plan. * Lead, build and maintain positive and productive relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. * Contribute expertise and insight, providing advice and guidance to the Regulator and business units on innovative ways to reach key audiences and deliver innovative digital solutions. * Provide strategic leadership and direction to support integrated approaches that align with Regulator-wide policies.
