What You Will Be Doing
- Demonstrate a hunter mindset with the ability to generate leads and build your own pipeline.
- Partner with a product expert and a solution architect to support demos and meetings.
- Leverage Best-In-Industry tools and support to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and drive growth.
About The Role And Candidate
Perfect for a TOP BDM with B2B experience who wants to move into the lucrative SaaS space. Ideally, you are a mid-level BDM with about 5 to 10 years as a full 360 BDM.
The ideal candidate would be a hunter who can demonstrate a great ability to generate their own leads and build their own pipeline. They are top hunter and top closer — a talented and professional BD professional who enjoys cold calling, nurturing and closing.
In this role the BDM will be supported by a product expert and a solution architect to help with demos and meetings. In the first year, the BDM is expected to earn between $180K and $250K in OTE. The commission is simple, generous, uncapped and comes with accelerators.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Base: Up to $135K Inc. Super (depending on experience)
- OTE (base + bonuses): Up to $250K (depending on experience)
- Share Options: Valued between $50K and $150K
