The Role
We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Administrator who thrives under pressure. You will be the backbone of our sales admin, keeping files, contracts, and deadlines under control in a busy office. No two days are the same.
Your Day Will Include
This fast paced and rewarding role includes, but is not limited to:
* Setting up and managing sales files electronically
* Entering and updating sales data in internal systems
* Tracking contract milestones and following up with clients and third parties
* Updating online listings via VaultRE
* Preparing accurate correspondence and documents
* Running reception, calls, and client enquiries
* Providing support across the team where needed
What You Bring
* At least 5 years' admin experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, with 365 knowledge a plus
* Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines
* Clear, confident communication skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Integrity, discretion, and reliability
* Proactive attitude and ability to self-start
* Real estate admin or conveyancing experience highly regarded
* VaultRE and SecureSign knowledge a bonus
