Administration Coordinator – Full Time (Trade Services)

JJC Electrical Services – Adelaide SA

We're a growing electrical contracting business based in Adelaide working across residential, property management and light commercial projects. We're looking for a friendly, organised and confident Administration Coordinator to become an essential part of our team.

You'll be the first point of contact for new client enquiries and play a key role in keeping jobs moving smoothly from booking and scheduling through to invoicing and customer communication.

You'll have your own office space and work directly with the Director and field team.

This is a full-time, in-office role with long-term stability and room to grow.

What you'll be doing

* Be the first point of contact for all new client enquiries (phone & email)
* Book and schedule jobs using our job management software
* Liaise with clients, property managers and the field team
* Send invoices and assist with accounts follow-up
* Send quotes and track approvals
* Maintain job records, compliance documents (ECOCs) and admin tasks
* Keep communication friendly, clear and professional

What we're looking for

* Previous admin experience (trade/construction/service industry ideal)
* Australian work authorisation required
* Personable, friendly and confident communicator
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Comfortable using computers and software systems
* Able to work independently and take ownership of your role

Bonus, but not required:

* Experience with job management systems
* Experience working with property managers
* Understanding of trade workflows

Hours

Full time: Monday–Friday

8am-4pm

* On-site role at our office (not remote)
