About the role
Warehouse Manager at Collective Interiors Pty Ltd,
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring stock is managed efficiently, orders are dispatched accurately, and workplace safety standards are maintained. You will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and improving warehouse processes.
While experience is an asset, we're ultimately looking for someone with the right personality to thrive in our collaborative team environment and help maintain our positive business culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
* Manage inventory and stock control.
* Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
* Lead and support warehouse staff as required
* Hours 7.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday
About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience (desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Manual car license is essential
* Forklift license is essential. We can provide training to the correct applicant
