This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with future progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across clinic systems.Assist with system migrations, deployments, and upgrades, particularly during the Hypercare phase.Work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and resolve technical challenges swiftly.Own customer issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.Maintain clear and detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and best practices.Travel to clinic locations for on-site support during critical projects as needed.Skills, Attributes, and Experience:3+ years of experience in IT support.Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop & Server, Active Directory, and end-user technologies.Hands-on experience with Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop, or similar virtualization technologies.Strong networking background and proficiency with service ticketing systems.Experience with telephony solutions (both on-premise and hosted).Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail with a strong customer service focus.Permanent right to work in Australia.Previous experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).Knowledge of advanced networking solutions and cloud technologies.Familiarity with remote desktop services and virtualization platforms.About Allura PartnersAllura Partners was founded to support private equity firms by placing C-Suites to lead, transform, and scale portfolio companies.
