We're looking for experienced Supervisors to join our Major Projects Division. Our current project is based around the Mudgee NSW region, though locations may change in line with project demands.
What is the role?
As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and maximising the day-to-day operations of crews whilst managing the large-scale vegetation clearance programs of our clients.
These projects involve forestry/plant machinery, tight timeframes, and complex site conditions. Safety, environmental protection, and delivery excellence must sit at the heart of everything you do.
You'll work closely with Project Leadership, Operators, and Ground Crews to ensure every shift runs smoothly, safely, and productively. You'll be backed by an experienced, professional, and highly capable team.
What you'll lead and deliver:
* Set the tone on site with strong, hands‐on leadership and genuine crew engagement
* Champion safe work practices and make safety a non‐negotiable standard across every shift
* Own the field environment by carrying out proactive site and workplace inspections
* Shape the daily plan by supporting the Operations Manager with program planning, reviews, and progress monitoring
* Keep communication flowing—maintain sharp documentation, reporting and record‐keeping to meet all contract and quality expectations
* Optimise our fleet and equipment, ensuring machinery is deployed strategically to deliver the project plan
* Drive performance by supporting crews to hit delivery, productivity and environmental targets
* Collaborate across departments to keep projects moving and aligned with broader business outcomes
* Uphold environmental and quality standards to ensure every element of the project is executed safely and responsibly
Bring energy, ownership, and a solutions‐focused mindset. Project and FIFO/DIDO experience is a bonus, but not essential - you'll be backed by a skilled and supportive team.

Do you have?
* MR/HR Truck Licence (highly regarded)
* 4x 4 experience (highly regarded)
* Industry experience and/or qualifications Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture
