About the Role
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Family Law firm on the Gold Coast, is expanding. With recent internal promotions, the team is now looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal who is passionate about Family Law and keen to grow under the guidance of seasoned professionals.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working alongside Accredited Family Law Specialists who will actively mentor and develop your skills.
About You
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Family Law practice
* Sound knowledge of parenting and property matters
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy with excellent computer literacy
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Open to mentoring and ongoing professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Handling initial client enquiries
* Assisting solicitors with document drafting and correspondence
* Preparing court documents and briefs to counsel
* Managing files and liaising with clients, courts, and legal professionals
* Providing general administrative support as needed.
