Responsibilities
* Create compelling member-focused content across digital channels
* Develop SEO-optimised copy, UX content and loyalty campaign messaging
* Deliver engaging in-app and web experiences that enhance the member journey
* Support integrated marketing and loyalty campaigns across digital, CRM, social and brand channels
* Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Brand, Digital and agency partners
* Manage content updates in AEM and ensure brand and governance compliance
* Use insights and performance data to continually optimise content effectiveness
Qualifications
* Strong copywriting, editing and content storytelling skills
* Generalist marketing knowledge with exposure to digital campaigns and customer engagement activity
* Strong understanding of SEO, UX writing and digital best practice
* Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
* Familiarity with CMS platforms, ideally AEM
* Experience in loyalty, health, financial services or regulated industries is highly regarded
