YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued lawyer, reporting to and being mentored by an industry‑leading managing partner, you will relish the stimulation and fulfillment of fighting to obtain justice for injured clients in relation to CTP/motor accident cases (majority) and some workers compensation claims.
You will front‑line actively manage your own files/clients and assist the partner with some of his large/complex litigation matters.

WHO YOU ARE
Have a minimum of 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury law experience in CTP (essential) and workers compensation (preferable not essential)
Have strong knowledge of relevant CTP legislation and procedures
Have carried your own CTP files from start to finish
Strong litigation/advocacy, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
Proactive and thrive in a busy fast‑moving environment
