Offer description

We are seeking an ambitious and organized professional to join our team as an Administration Assistant. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for monitoring the reception desk and telephone, welcoming and assisting candidates with their medical paperwork and sighting photo ID.


Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor the reception desk and telephone
* Welcome and assist candidates with their medical paperwork and sighting photo ID
* Support the clinical team with the daily set up of the clinic and medical paperwork


Requirements:

* Certificate in Business Administration or similar (highly regarded)
* Previous experience in administration, preferably within a healthcare setting
* Current driver's license
* Intermediate/Advance computer knowledge and skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to navigate multiple systems for data input and retrieval
* Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
