Community Fundraising Lead

* Lead a dispersed team across NSW to deliver community fundraising campaigns and events that generate revenue and build trust with supporters.
* Ensure staff engage and inspire community within their area of responsibility to deliver an outstanding fundraising experience.
* Build, retain, and grow high-quality key stakeholder relationships across the portfolios and communities you manage.
Key responsibilities include:
Community Fundraising and Stakeholder Engagement
* Develop and implement community fundraising strategies and operational plans.
* Manage effective operational management across communities in line with organisational policies and procedures.
Operational Leadership
* Effectively manage a team of 5-7 staff members based across multiple Cancer Council offices.
* Consistently communicate organisational and divisional objectives to the community fundraising teams.
People Management
* Support effective collaboration within the unit and across divisions.
* Drive and be accountable for community fundraising portfolios in line with agreed targets and budgets.
* Assist the Community Fundraising Manager with budgeting and forecasting as required.
