Job Summary
This is a dynamic and hands-on position that focuses on creating safe, engaging spaces for young people to connect, learn, and grow.
* • Deliver high-quality activities such as community events, sport and recreation programs, digital media projects, and cultural camps.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young people in First Nations communities. You'll have excellent communication skills and experience in developing strong relationships with families, Elders, and other service providers.
Main Responsibilities
1. Activity Delivery
* a) Develop age-appropriate activities that cater to the diverse needs of young people in the community;
* b) Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver these activities;
* c) Act as a positive role model for participants by demonstrating respect for cultural knowledge systems;
