Program Support Officer - Home Care Packages
- $66,673 per annum, plus superannuation.
- Salary Package up to $15,900 per year

About the role
The role, under the supervision of the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program Support Team Leader and in conjunction with the Program Support Team, will be responsible for basic financial processes including accounts payable and reconciliation, phone support to HCP Clients and other administrative tasks as required.
This position has a strong emphasis on attention to detail and working effectively with other members of the HCP Team and the Home and Community Support Unit and assumes shared responsibilities for the delivery of excellent services.
Duties
- Processing Accounts Payable and ad hoc reconciliation of financial transactions within the GLCH systems relevant to the delivery of the Home Care Package program.
- Provide an appropriate level of telephone-based customer service (friendly, supportive, and responsive) to clients of the Home Care Package program.
- Provide a range of accurate and timely administration duties including routine correspondence coordination, filing, and other general office duties as directed.
- Other tasks as directed by the Program Support Team Leader.
Skills and Experience
- Certificate III level or above in Administration or equivalent which demonstrates the applicant has undertaken units of study relevant to the position OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training relevant to administrative processes.
