We would like to hear from experienced, hungry and results-driven Business Development Managers for our Crestmead branch. The key focus of this role will be the establishment of new accounts and increasing awareness of our brand, available services and product range in the QLD market.
If you're experienced, hungry for success, and passionate about building lasting client relationships, this is your chance to make your mark. Based out of our Crestmead, you'll play a key role in expanding our footprint, opening new accounts, and building brand awareness across QLD.
Working hours will be 7am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Other duties and responsibilities include
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities and potential revenue streams.
* Become a trusted industry partner by delivering tailored solutions to your clients.
* Driving revenue growth and smashing monthly and annual targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Respond to enquiries with accurate quotes, product advice, and service recommendations.
* Liaise with clients on job progress, delivery updates, and any service-related matters.
* Getting out in the field with regular customer site visits to strengthen connections
Access Indigenous are looking for someone with a real hunger and drive to seize any opportunity regardless of what challenges may arise, in addition to this they will have;
* Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
* Trade qualifications or Industry experience bringing technical knowledge to a sales role.
* Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
* Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* A fun, energetic, and hardworking approach.
* Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
* A current driver's license is essential.
