About the company
This highly reputable client designs, constructs, and maintains beautiful gardens, giving life to a range of residential and commercial properties throughout the Sunshine Coast. Due to the growth and success of the business they are seeking a qualified and highly experienced Site Foreman – Landscape to join their crew managing a small team and working on high‑end projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high quality.
* Deliver onsite tasks such as edging, turfing, mulching, planting, irrigation, drainage, paving, concreting, and more (e.g., irrigation specialist would be focused primarily on irrigation).
* Participate in daily toolbox meetings.
* Organise on‑site tasks and material deliveries.
Skills & Experience
* You must have at least 5 years experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications.
* You must have leadership experience in a Site Foreman or leading hand role.
* Experience working on high‑end residential projects is a must.
* You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously.
* Leadership experience is essential.
* Australian driver's licence.
* White card.
* Cert III Landscape Construction, OR Cert III Horticulture, OR Cert III Parks and Gardens.
