The Position
Our welcoming Illawarra team is seeking a Secondary Teacher to commence in Term 3; this is a full-time permanent position. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Teacher for our senior year classes; you must be comfortable with the mathematics component of the subject and have a desire to teach both subjects.
Skills & Experience
You will have an excellent understanding of the NSW Curriculum and Syllabus. You must be a registered teacher by the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) have relevant teaching and tertiary qualifications and hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
