We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Unit Manager to provide strategic and clinical leadership within either the Banksia/Bluegum wings or Sutherland Lodge, our dedicated memory support unit. In this pivotal role, you will lead the coordination of staffing and resources to deliver safe, person‑centred care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards. You will mentor and support a multidisciplinary team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and oversee AN‑ACC processes to ensure timely recognition of changes in care needs. Acting as a key liaison for residents, families and health professionals, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aged care at BRHS. What You'll Bring * Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse. * Minimum five years' experience in residential aged care and at least two years in a leadership role. * Proven ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary health care team. * Advanced clinical assessment and care planning skills. * Excellent communication skills and a commitment to person‑centred care. * Understanding of accreditation standards, Aged Care Act, AN‑ACC and continuous improvement. * A compassionate, inclusive approach aligned with BRHS principles of care.
