What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Administration Manager of the BreastScreen Service, the Multi Skilled Administrator will support the service in the areas of Bookings, Reception in the BreastScreen Information System (BIS) and mammography image quality assurance in the PACS system. The role will be part of a team supporting administrative duties including phone bookings within the service call Centre.

* Proven administration/reception/telephone bookings/data entry experience in a high-volume customer health service setting. This includes demonstrated ability to communicate respectfully and openly at a high level, both in verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and fast and accurate data entry skills with high level of attention to details.
* Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and privacy of patient information and patient information system.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting women from non-English speaking backgrounds.
* Ability to compose documents to draft stage and drafting general correspondence, including proficient computer and typing skills and demonstrated ability to use and learn relevant computer programs, software packages including Microsoft Office.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
