Support Worker Opportunities in Toowoomba Region
We are seeking Support Workers to provide home-based services in the Toowoomba area.
* Deliver general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance to clients.
* Assist with personal care tasks including assisting clients to get out of bed, showered, and dressed.
* Support clients with mobility and therapy goals through regular interactions.
* Offer social and emotional support to help enhance the overall wellbeing of our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability, along with at least 6 months experience in a similar role.
They should be passionate about delivering excellent service and building positive relationships with clients and their families.
