About the Role
As a Board Director, you will play a key role in guiding MADEC's strategic direction, ensure excellent governance, and contribute to the organisation's long-term success. This is an opportunity to use your leadership and expertise to make a tangible difference in employment services, education and community development.
What we are looking for
MADEC is seeking experienced and strategic leaders to join our skills-based Board. We are currently seeking expertise in the areas of Financial Management and Accounting, People and Culture, Education and Training, and Legal. Applications are encouraged from accomplished professionals at the Executive and CEO level. Ideal candidates will bring strong business acumen, a proven track record of strategic leadership, governance and decision-making. A genuine passion for community impact and social responsibility is essential.
This is a remunerated Board Director position with regular board meetings. Interviews will be conducted as part of a structured selection process to ensure alignment with MADEC's strategic needs and governance requirements.
