Administrative Support Role
This is a unique opportunity to provide crucial administrative support to a dynamic team in the First Nations Cancer & Wellbeing Research (FNCWR) Program. You will be at the heart of an innovative and community-driven research program that empowers Australia's First Nations communities to achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will assist with managing the day-to-day schedule, coordinating meetings, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage the Program Lead's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely responses to queries.
* Provide high-level administrative support to staff, students, government representatives, and community members.
* Assist with organizing events, meetings, and engagement activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparing necessary documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and experience working as part of a team in a busy environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous administrative or executive support experience.
* High level of organisational skills, including prioritising competing work demands and meeting deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
