Position
The Community Staff Nurse will work as part of the Helensburgh and Lochside District Nursing Team on a fixed‐term basis until 20 October 2026. The role is to deliver planned programmes of care to individuals, families, and carers within the community setting, supporting admission avoidance and facilitating early supported discharge from hospital.

Qualifications and Requirements
* First Level Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Previous community experience desirable; newly qualified nurses welcome.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Benefits
* Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‐time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours; part‐time hours adjusted pro‐rata and hourly rate increased to maintain pay.
