* Lead generation and prospecting for potential buyers and sellers;
* Running up to 15-20 listing campaigns;
* Hosting open homes and conducting private showings;
* Supporting Auction campaigns, including Auction Day activities;
* Scheduling and coordinating client meetings;
* Managing client databases efficiently;
* Participating in photoshoots and staging sessions;
* Overseeing building inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement procedures.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing multiple listings, and delivering exceptional customer service.

* Valid QLD Sales Registration;
* Sales experience in the Real Estate industry;
