As a vital member of our client services team, you will play a key role in steering client relationships to success, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Building trust-based relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and delivering high-quality solutions.
* Campaign Management: Briefing, managing, and delivering digital campaigns and projects, focusing on CRM and Customer Experience.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to develop integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify marketing goals and developing digital marketing strategies that align with objectives.
* Financial Management: Maintaining project profitability, managing timelines, and budgets for campaigns and projects.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Account Service within a digital agency or client marketing team. You will possess strong knowledge of digital and CRM capabilities, including Salesforce and other CRM platforms. Excellent communication and presenting skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
