About the Role

The Practice and Programs Specialist (PPS) will support the Director and Senior Practice and Programs Specialists, working across practice, training, assurance, and policy development. The PPS will play a key role in enhancing client outcomes by implementing organisational initiatives, conducting practice reviews, and leading the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures that support safe, consistent, and high-quality practice across CYF programs.

The role requires a strong ability to translate legislation, service standards, and evidence-based practice into clear, practical policies, procedures, and practice guidance that can be effectively implemented by operational teams. The PPS will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure policy and procedural frameworks remain current, compliant, and aligned with organisational strategy and practice models.

The PPS will collaborate across CYF programs to identify areas for practice improvement, review the impact of practice changes on existing policy and procedure frameworks, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, service standards, and Life Without Barriers policies and procedures.

* Provide input into the development of new programs and practice initiatives and translate these into practice.
* Support service user participation and engagement with evaluation, design and delivery of LWB services in line with our client engagement and participation framework.
