OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join a rapid-growing business providing branding solutions across mining, manufacturing, and heavy vehicle sectors.
This is a field-based role where you'll spend approximately four days on the road and one day working from home.
If you enjoy face-to-face meetings with established accounts, building strong client relationships, and being the go-to person for support, this role offers plenty of variety.
You'll spend your days meeting clients, dropping off catalogues, and training them on ordering systems and making product recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site visits with existing accountsDrop off catalogues and promotional materialsTrain customers on ordering systems and processesProvide ongoing support to ensure client satisfactionRe-engage less active accounts to increase activityMaintain accurate CRM records of all interactionsKey RequirementsEnjoys being in front of customers and building relationshipsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, organised, and eager to learnAble to work independently and manage your own schedulePrevious sales or account management experience is beneficial but not essentialThis is a hands-on, field-based position where you'll spend most of your week out meeting clients and strengthening relationships.
