Group General Manager – Multi-Venue Hospitality Group
A leading multi-venue hospitality group on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Group General Manager to lead operations across a portfolio of high-volume food, beverage, and entertainment venues.
This is a hands-on senior leadership role suited to a commercially minded operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and has proven experience leading leaders across multiple sites. The role also plays a key part in supporting new venue openings, concept rollouts, and group-wide operational improvements.
The Role
You will be responsible for the operational performance, financial outcomes, compliance, and leadership capability across the group, working closely with venue leadership teams and directors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring General Managers, Venue Managers, and Department Heads
* Driving COGS, wage performance, and full P&L accountability across venues
* Ensuring compliance across licensing, RSA, WHS, and food safety
* Maintaining consistent service standards and guest experience
* Supporting new venue openings, expansion projects, and system improvements
About You
You will bring:
* Proven experience in a multi-venue or group hospitality leadership role
* Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility
* A strong understanding of hospitality compliance and operational standards
* The ability to lead, coach, and develop senior venue leaders
* A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills
