Payroll Team Lead
The primary role of this position involves end-to-end management of payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand.
* Lead a team responsible for processing payrolls
* Ensure accurate and compliant payroll records
* Apply relevant laws and regulations correctly
* Maintain professional relationships with the Finance, HR, WHS, and Commercial teams
About you:
* Senior experience in payroll management is essential
* A strong understanding of awards, EAs, and payroll legislation is required
* High attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills are necessary
* Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively

* Review and validate payroll data accurately
* Oversee weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
