The Opportunity
One of our most loyal clients is bringing something current to Geelong South – a fresh, made-to-order menu that’s already a hit, now with the convenience of a drive-thru.
This is a new concept for the group, and that’s where you come in. If you’ve worked in drive-thru before, your experience will be key in making this opening a success.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll lead the drive-thru team, coach and develop staff, keep service humming, and ensure food safety and KPI targets are met, all while being supported by a hands-on leadership team.
To thrive here, you’ll need at least 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, plus the confidence to lead 10+ staff on shift. In return, you’ll get the guidance and growth opportunities to build your career into a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Lead the drive-thru team and ensure efficient service

Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager
- Ability to lead 10+ staff on shift
