About The Role
Ventia, in collaboration with the Australian Defence Force, are seeking
multiple
enthusiastic
Food and Beverage Service Attendants
to deliver high-quality service and maintaining strict food safety standards
at Larrakeyah Defence Precinct
, and your role will include:
* Serving Military Personnel during messes (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
* Delivering an outstanding service to all guests, every shift
* Providing professional bar service (RSA standards)
* Keeping dining and bar areas clean and tidy
* Assisting with basic food prep and restocking where needed
* Following food safety and hygiene standards
* Working as part of a friendly, supportive team
About You
* 1+ years' experience in hospitality & catering
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (Advantageous)
* Prior experience delivering food and beverage services in hotels, restaurants, and high-volume dining establishments. (Advantageous)
* Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards, relevant legislation and statutory obligations.
* Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous)
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
