This role involves receiving assignments and delivering customer experience of a high standard by ensuring a professional appearance and positive personal interactions.
* Receive assignments via navigational systems or telephone
* Collection of blood samples from Mater Pathology Collection Centre, Doctor Surgeries and Nursing Homes.
* Registration of samples using pre-analytical tracking system
* Maintain equipment, consumables and work areas in a clean, safe and well-resourced state.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:
* A valid Open Queensland Driving License with a clean driving history
* A good understanding of traffic patterns
* Availability for AM, PM and week-end shifts
* Be punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Have strong communication skills, including good customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Good understanding of patient confidentiality
* Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team environment
