Job Description
As a Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting injured workers and driving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims in line with scheme regulation.
* Employ a holistic case management approach to provide positive customer connections.
* Effectively set expectations, communicate, and educate injured workers and their employers.
* Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work.
* Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy.
