As a Manager of Survey Transformation, you will lead a team to deliver digital transformation across critical survey systems and processes in NSW.
\
* Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve business objectives.
* Manage the development, enhancement, and maintenance of applications supporting survey operations.
This role requires technical leadership, strategic program delivery, and stakeholder engagement to drive innovation and ensure nationally compatible surveying infrastructure for NSW.

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you must have:
\
* Senior level experience leading and managing teams.
* Demonstrated experience as a surveyor at a senior level with knowledge of cadastral, geodetic surveying and current positioning technologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* The ability to solve problems and collaborate with others toward a common vision.
* A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in computer programming/coding is desirable.
Salary Grade 11/12, with a base salary starting at $145,378 plus superannuation.
