The Role
The Registered Nurse will be highly visible and play a vital role in meeting residents' daily needs and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents and families. You will care for the resident's physical and emotional wellbeing and safety, while enjoying autonomy to make decisions with support from the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams. You will model safe medication practices, provide leadership, and foster a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.

About You
You should be able to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers. We hire on attitude and aptitude, so prior aged care experience is not required, provided you align with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.

Bachelor of Nursing degree
AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
Positive team member, takes initiative, and delivers quality work
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
Enjoys collaborating with nursing, personal care, lifestyle and hospitality teams to create a great place to work
