About the role
Real Steel Group is seeking applicants for the role of Spray Painter to join our team, in our high-end industrial workshop. The successful applicant will be responsible for the application of high-performance coatings on our in-house manufactured components. The position is based in Queanbeyan, NSWand plays a vital role in supporting the company's growth and success.
What you'll be doing
* Preparing surfaces and applying high-performance coatings to machined components
* Working with detailed paint standards and specifications
* High attention to detail and quality control
* Maintenance of workshop equipment
What we're looking for
* Spray painter with close attention to detail
* Colour matching experience
* Ability to complete required quality assurance documentation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
