Hotel Brand: vocoLocation: Australia, New South Wales, Pokolbinvoco Kirkton Park Hunter Valley is a luxury boutique hotel set on an intimate 70-acre estate, ideally situated in Pokolbin at the gateway to the finest vineyards of the Hunter Valley.Our Hotel is looking for Part Time/ Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our engaged and friendly team, where your exceptional eye for detail, and passion for customer service, will provide guests with a truly memorable experience.No day will be the same as you will get the opportunity to work across all areas of the hotel, to look after our valued clients in Epoche Bar, Locavore Restaurant, Conference & Events and Room Service.
The Role: Working across Food & Beverage outlets.Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with usServing food & beverage to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guestsMaking the perfect cup of barista coffeeUnderstand the menu and promotional activitiesHandling cash and credit transactionsWorking closely with your Kitchen and F&B colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food & beverage experience every timeSetting up and packing down functions and eventsYou'll look after your outlet - keeping it clean and tidy What's Required?
Previous experience in a hotel environment or within the hospitality industry is an advantageCurrent RSA Certification & Food Safety Certificate on food handling (Food Safety training can be organised by the hotel)Experience with preparing coffees and coffee artistry would be an advantageThe flexibility to work morning, evening, weekend and public holiday shiftsGreat communication - you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk toExcellent presentation and grooming is a mustFull Australian working rights.
