As the
Category Manager for Natural Health
you will take full ownership of the strategy & performance of the Vitamins, Sports & Nutrition & Superfoods categories. You will be responsible for driving growth, managing supplier relationships, optimising product assortment & pricing, and delivering compelling promotions that meet both business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute data-driven category strategies
Analyse sales trends, customer insights, and market dynamics to drive growth
Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate trading terms
Manage end-to-end category lifecycle, including range reviews and planograms
Collaborate and communicate closely with marketing, supply chain, and in-store teams
Lead promotional planning for key seasonal periods
About You
Experience in category management, buying, or product management preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker who's also hands-on and detail-oriented
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
