Job Description
We are seeking a retail management professional to join our property asset management team.
This role involves delivering business plan objectives and budgets, as well as ensuring timely collection of rentals and other tenant recoverable.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial capabilities and budgeting skills, with in-depth knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.
They will also be an effective communicator and stakeholder manager, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver business plan objectives and budgets
* Ensure timely collection of rentals and other tenant recoverable
* Manage relationships with clients, tenants, and community groups
* Provide on-demand services to clients
* Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with local business community
* Contribute to marketing strategies
* Maintain accurate tenancy schedules
* Ensure legal compliance across all centre operations
Requirements:
* Proven retail management experience
* Strong financial capabilities and budgeting skills
* In-depth knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
* Agents Rep / Real Estate License required
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
