Production Machine Operator (Batch & Blending)
Operating within the manufacturing team, this role focuses on producing industrial powder blends to GMP and quality specifications.
Employment Structure:
1. Ongoing casual until August then strong potential for permanency based on performance
Key Duties:
2. Operating blending and batch production machinery
3. Following GMP/batch sheets accurately
4. Completing QA documentation
5. Loading raw materials (20kg bags) into hoppers
6. Using forklifts to move materials and finished goods
Ideal Background:
7. Minimum 1 year batch production or processing experience
8. Experience completing GMP or QA paperwork
9. Current LF Forklift Licence with operating experience
10. Strong safety and quality focus
Pick / Packer (Fast-Paced Warehouse Environment)
Working within dispatch and warehouse operations, this role supports production output and customer orders in a high-volume setting.
Key Duties:
11. Picking and packing finished goods
12. Palletising, wrapping and preparing stock for dispatch
13. Maintaining accuracy under time-sensitive conditions
14. Manual handling and repetitive tasks
15. Forklift operation (site-based training provided — forklift use commences approximately 3 months after start)
Ideal Background:
16. Current LF Forklift Licence
17. Warehouse or pick/pack experience
18. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
19. Reliable and physically capable
